Application Form for the Instrumental District Festival Auditions

APPLICATION DEADLINE IS 7:00 PM, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30TH
Your application will be emailed to Festival Director Steffen
Parker and you will receive an acknowledgement of that receipt. A schedule of exact times will be sent to you via email on Thursday, October 1st.
FORM INSTRUCTIONS
Fill in all text fields with the
appropriate information.
Click on the arrows at the right
end of any list field to select the information
needed.
Put in any potential scheduling
conflicts for each student (for example: Before 6:30, After 7:00,
5:00 to 6:30, etc.)
Once your information is complete, click on the SEND APPLICATION button at the bottom to send the application to the Festival Director.
Click on the CLEAR THIS FORM AND
START OVER button to do just that.
IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 20
APPLICANTS, COMPLETE ONE FORM, SEND IT, RETURN TO THE WEBSITE AND
COMPLETE ANOTHER UNTIL YOU HAVE SENT ALL YOUR INFORMATION
IN.
